Office 2007 is the newest Microsoft Office version. Office 2007 is not just an update to Office 2003, but completely overhauled on the surface and under the hood.

When updating to Office 2007, uninstall Office 2003 first. Office 2007 will install over Office 2003 but you can avoid some conflicts that may arise. All of your Outlook settings like signatures and archive folders will remain in your profile and will be inserted into Office 2007 automatically.
The look and feel of Office 2007 is different than previous version. It takes a little getting used to, but the new look and layout is more efficient and easier to use in my opinion.
I recommend trying to feel your way around in the new version and get the feel of it. Then go to Microsoft’s web site and look at some of the free tutorials.

I have a problem that you might know the answer to. My daughter wants a cd downloaded on to her MP3, but it’s Windows Media won’t recognize the cd. How do I put it on her MP3 player if not through Windows Media. If you know the answer my 13 year old will be extremely happy. Thanks! :o)

Tammy, Try using iTunes to import and convert the CD, then you can put the music on the MP3 player. Hope this helps. pcguy

I have Office enterprise 07 and while there is a slight learning curve (some of the functions are hard to find) it is a powerful program. The best thing is that I only paid $15 for it! It’s not what you think, it is fully licensed, I got it through a special military program.
