About Simple PC Talk!

Simple PC Talk is a place to find information and talk about PCs in a simple-to-understand manner.

True to its name, SimplePCTalk.com offers step-by-step instructions to help beginner-to-intermediate computer users learn how to do various things with their computers. A wide variety of topics are covered including data backup, troubleshooting a slow computer, tips and tricks, and many other useful topics.

Why Simple PC Talk.com

I help people with their computers every day. One thing that I have noticed is that it is much easier to show someone how to do something than it is to tell them. I either go to them and their computer or I remote into their system and help them.

I have searched the Internet for help many times, like so many other people, and have found the answer or help that I need. But often the instructions are written by a computer “expert” who talks in a language that only a few understand. They tell you to go here click here, type this, close that, enter this, and it goes on and my eyes start to glaze over.

So, I started this blog so people can learn things and find tips and answers in an easy-to-understand way often with actual screen graphics that anyone can follow.
