Microsoft issued six updates for July. There are three critical, two important, and one moderate level updates.

If you do not have Automatic Updates enabled, run the updates from the program menu.
Once Internet Explorer opens and loads the MS update page, select the Express option.

After the updates are installed, this would be a good time to update your anti-virus and spyware software also.
