If you downloaded my latest report, The Computer Tech’s Best Kept Secrets , I showed you how to speed up and protect your computer without spending any money.
There is a way to boost performance of your computer by adding some memory. Memory is very inexpensive and easy to install.
I just bought 1GB of ram for only $22 plus shipping. That is a great deal. Memory is now one of the most affordable and effective upgrades you can make to your PC.
You don’t need to worry about the details or the compatibility of the memory and your computer. Crucial.com can scan your computer and tell you how much RAM your system can use, and what type of RAM that is compatible with your computer.
Crucial.com is one of the biggest and most respected online memory suppliers. Go to their web site and download the Crucial System Scanner tool, then just select the amount of memory you want. It is that easy.
I also shop for computer hardware at Geeks.com. Geeks is one of my favorite online stores.

This is so true. I have a Dell Inspiron from 2002, and it was really struggling with newer software and games, but when I wiped the hard drive clean and put in some more RAM, it runs a lot faster.
I advise people take you up on your advice!
