How to stop Windows XP from asking if you want to "Send Error Report"
If you have used Windows XP for more than a day, then you know that you will have a program crash on you. I want to get the program running again and get back to what I was doing. But Windows will give you a message and ask if you want to send an error report.

The "Send Error Report" request can be disabled. It is easy, just:
Right click on My Computer and select Properties.
Click on the Advanced tab.
At the bottom of the window, select Error Reporting.

Click the Disable error reporting button.
Click OK twice.

That’s it. Now no more annoying error reporting messages in Windows XP .

I really miss how easy it was to find/change that stuff in xp - it takes me twice as long in vista, though I’m glad to say I don’t get any of those messages anymore since making the switch

@chetan,
Disabling the error report will not fix the problem, nor will it hurt your system. It just stops the notice to send a report.

@sky,
It will not send the report and it will not ask either.
